NSW: Peak union calls for visa review after breaches

SYDNEY, Feb 26 AAP - The state's peak trade union group has demanded the federal government
urgently review working visas after a group of Indian nationals were found working on
the New South Wales coast for $45 a month.

The 10 workers are building a Hindu Temple at Helensburgh near Wollongong.

NSW Labor Council secretary Michael Costa said the plight of the workers showed that
the working visa scheme was open to abuse from unscrupulous employers.
