Oct. 4--The criminal case against a Chattanooga man accused of raping two boys could be in jeopardy if the boys' mother doesn't make them available to prosecutors, officials said Tuesday. Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Don Poole threatened the boys' mother with jail if she doesn't bring her children to the district attorney's office to discuss the case in which she and her sons, now 12, have accused Brian Keith Williams of raping and sexually assaulting them.
